This 1984 Bertram 46.6 is the finest example of Bertram strength during their best years. She's mostly original, cruised not fished, and is in excellent condition. The Detroit 8V92TIs have 2,300 mostly cruise (900-950 RPM) hours, run great and have never been overhauled.
Salon, staterooms and galley are like new with quality carpet, original teak and original headliner. All new canvas, seating and bolsters in 2016. All A/C controls updated to new digital type. Glass-Tech cockpit tackle center and live well.
The current owners have owned Bertram's for most of their adult life and have lovingly cared for this one for the last ten years. Truly a fine example of Bertram's quality. Owners age and health causes reluctant sale.

DETAILS
This perhaps the largest 46 producion boat ever made. The salon is comparable to todays 53 ft. boats. The salon carpet was replaced with a neutral beige that has a rich pattern. All of the carpet for the hatches has been tucked and tacked for a super clean look with NO fraying. The settee is to the port side with lots of storage. To the starboard side there is a Lazy boy chair.
The teak interior is in fantastic condition. To the starboard side of the salon there are plenty of cabinets. The electrical panel is hidden in the forward cabinets.
The entertainment center is made of teak and houses the Toshiba 21 inch TV, Samsung VCR, and Sony Stereo system.
The master stateroom is to the port side and has a QUEEN BED., 13 inch Magnavox TV sunk into the top of the forward hanging closet. Other features include; 2 hanging lockers, under bed storage, Charles Sea Phone, Drapes, tight hatches, Large mirror and a make-up area.
The master head has a very large stall shower, Raritan Crown Freshwater head,medicine cabinet, lighting and plenty of storage
The guest stateroom is forward with V-bunks. There are two hanging lockers and 11 drawers for clothing. Speakers AC/heat controls (knob), Drapes, access to the anchor locker with 300 ft. of line.
Very large flybridge. Laid out correctly with black canvas covers for the helm, Radar, helm chair and the aft bench seat. This bench seat can seat 3 adults. You can easily seat 4-5 adult forward of the helm.
The wiring under the helm is in 100% condition.....everything is wired and protected correctly. Very neat.....no extra wiring.
The half tower is brushed aluminum and is in excellent condition. This owner washed above his head! The weblon was replaced three years ago and is tight with no holes.
Glass-Tech cockpit, live well, and tackle center add to the modern look.Large sunshade was installed that is collapsible in the center for better visibility.
