46' Ocean Yachts 1986 OCEAN LADY

BROKER DESCRIPTION

The OCEAN LADY is a 1986 model OCEAN 46 Sunliner Motoryacht. Produced by OCEAN YACHTS of NJ in the mid-1980's, the "46 Sunliner" was .. and is .. very well-regarded for her generous & well thought-out accommodations. This model has excellent performance provided by her modified "V" underbody and twin GM 6V71-TI diesels with a total of 900 HP to move her along with a "low 20's" knot cruise with only a (1) GPM fuel consumption!

The OCEAN LADY is a well-maintained and equipped example of the OCEAN 46 Sunliner. Her port engine as totally rebuilt late last Summer and only has a few hours logged on it to date! She features a custom "staircase" style access to the Sundeck from a custom fiberglass swim platform (see photos). The custom MARQUIPT Tender Davit System & cradle on the foredeck is a real "plus" as well.

The OCEAN LADY is offered for brokerage sale as her Owner just has no time to use her. Featuring relatively-low engine hours for a yacht of her vintage, her Owner has only taken her out some 4-5 times over the past few years and she was not commissioned for the 2017 Season! The OCEAN LADY has just been recommissioned for the 2018 Season at the local Brewer Yard where she has been kept .. and maintained .. over the past (10) years. Now located on the Hudson River in Haverstraw, NY, appointments for viewings are definitely to be encouraged!
