BROKER DESCRIPTION

Lunasea is a rare opportunity: a one-owner, custom-built high end Downeast yacht.  She was ordered by her lifelong yachtsman owner with notable upgrades from an extended master cabin suite to larger MAN electronic diesels with fully electronic controls, extra fuel, a gray water system, and much more.  Berthed behind the owner's house on a private creek in Annapolis, she is a fantastic sea boat owing to her fully cold molded construction and top notch naval architecture.  We do not expect her to last long in today's market, so please call now.

The cockpit is huge, with storage, steps to the ample side decks, gorgeous teak decks, and custom fittings throughout.  There is a great area of built in seating under the aft house overhang.

The salon makes the best use of its expanded length versus other Downeast yacht designs.  It incorporates the aft dining and seating areas with the forward helm seating, allowing social and functional conversations at rest or underway.

Twin loose barrel chairs face a dinette with a folding leaf table, granting utmost flexibility to accommodate any situation.  A Bose surround sound system with three zones offers high end entertainment throughout.

The helm and companion seats provide excellent sightlines underway, while the helm itself provides modern ergonomic feel in a classic style.

Down the companionway steps and to port is the full galley with high end appliances and excellent storage.

To port is the VIP cabin, featuring twin berths and overhead and having locker storage.

The Guest/Day Head has a stall shower and all the same features as the master head in any other yacht.

The forward Master Cabin is the highlight of the belowdecks.  Expanded during the design and build process, it has a huge amount of floor space for dressing or moving about.  A dedicated vanity with fold out stool is surrounded by ample storage.  The forward berth is easy to access and make, and enjoys a selection of different lighting options.

The ensuite master cabin head is very large and has ample storage and lighting.
