Hinckley DualGuard composite construction of the hull is Kevlar E-glass hybrid outer layer for impact resistance, a balsa core and an inner slayer of carbon fiber for strength and stiffness. The laminates are laid up using SCRIMP infusion technology with Vinylester resin. Deck and cockpit laminates feature E-glass fabrics with Corecell core, SCRIMP infusion with polyester resin. The deck and cockpit sole have a molded-in nonskid pattern.

Seating, facing aft, is built in to the port and starboard engine boxes that are topped with varnished teak and separate the cockpit from the pilothouse. A removable forward facing bench seat on the aft end of the cockpit provides a comfortable conversational space. These cushioned bottom and back seats have cushions finished in Silver fabric with white piping and White Stamoid weather covers.

The pilothouse provides a protected, comfortable seating area that is open to the cockpit but can be closed off with Stamoid drop curtains with custom EZTCY windows to create a fully enclosed space with its own heating and air conditioning. There are glass green tinted pilothouse windows (2 sliding side windows and 3 fixed forward windows) providing excellent visibility, light and ventilation. There are two Stidd helm seats forward on each side with two curved settees behind them to port and starboard, each with a varnished teak shelf rim outboard. Settees face inboard and forward and have back and bottom cushions covered in Silver fabric with white piping (recovered 2016). Pilothouse amenities include:

The port seat has both height, and fore and aft manual adjustment, and a folding footrest. The starboard helm seat has fore and aft manual adjustment. Both pedestals pivot to face aft settees. From the pilothouse, on center are the teak companionway steps down to the accommodations below. The lower step is top-opening for stowage with fire extinguisher mounted inside and the top-opening second step houses the master disconnect switches to the electrical systems.
The varnished teak companionway door has a louvered upper half with removable folding varnished teak hatch top. There is a varnished cherry chart locker behind the companionway door.
INTERIOR BELOW: The interior is finished in a satin-varnished cherry wood with soft, insulated white overhead with cherry trim. The cabin sole is varnished teak and tulipwood and has a custom cabin sole cover. All cabin locker doors are louvered.

The Galley is immediately starboard with gloss varnished stained cherry woodwork with a Savannah Corian countertop and Corian fiddles.
The offset forward sink is integral top mounted in the countertop. Next to the sink is a countertop accessed waste bin. Next aft is the built-in 4-burner cooktop with the microwave/convection oven mounted under the countertop. Three additional storage lockers with louvered cherry doors and a small fiddled shelf are over and outboard the stove. (Dish and glass storage is built-in on the aft bulkhead.) The refrigeration is top-accessed through the countertop aft.
There is stowage in the locker outboard, under the sink and in three drawers under the countertop just forward of the sink. A 12-volt light is mounted under the locker over the refrigeration and two halogen spotlights are over the galley area. The Generator control panel, and the Inverter control panel are also mounted in the aft bulkhead above the counter.
